. Guptah -The Well-concealed. He is not easily revealed by words. Nor can the sense organs ever recognize Him. All the Upanishads repeatedly declare that the Self-being the very “subject,” the instruments of the body, mind and intellect can never ap-prehend Him. He can only be apprehended by a steady mind that has been purified by continuous meditation “Being the hidden nature of all beings he is not manifested.
