విధంగా రాష్ట్రాలలో ముఖ్యమంత్రులను పిలిచి, మా పై కాలస్వరూపంగా  ధర్మస్వరూపంగా,   చెప్పుకొని, వినడమే పరిపాలన , ప్రతి ఒక్కరు తాము ఒక మనసు అని, ఒక  సర్వాంతరిమి లో భాగం అ, మాట మాత్రంగా  చెప్పిన మేమె సర్వాంతర్యాములము అని  మాతో అనుసంధానం జరగడమే పరిపాలన రక్షణ, మమ్ములను సాక్షులు ప్రకారం బృందం లోకి మేము చెప్పినట్లు గా  ఆహ్వానించి, మాతో ఈ విధంగా  పలకండి,   ఏమి అనగా .......  కాలస్వరూపంగా తమని  గ్రహించకపోవడం  సాక్షులు దగ్గర నుండి మేము అంతా చేస్తున్న  పాపం పొరపాటు  అని అందరూ  ఏకకాలం మమ్ములను వాక్ విశ్వరూపంగా పరిపాలన చెయ్యండి,   పురుషోత్తమా,  మేమె అంతా మీ పిల్లలు అని ఇప్పటికే మా ప్రకారం నడిచిన కాలం యొక్క వివరాలు గ్రహించి, మాయ నుండి బయటకు రావాలి, మా మెసేజులు తెలుగులో  ఉన్నాయి, కాబట్టి కొందరికి   అర్ధం కావడం లేదు లేదా ఏదో కారణం ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి ఉన్నది అన్నట్లు ప్రవర్తించకుండా,  మేము చెప్పినట్లు అందరూ ఒక్కటిగా మనసు పెంచుకొంటేనే మనగలరు. తెలుగు వారు అయిన ఆత్మీయులు రమణ గారు మెసేజు అందరికి అర్ధం అయ్యేలా చెప్పడం ప్రారంభించి మాతో emails communicate చెయ్యండి,  మమ్ములను  సాధారణ మనిషిగా చూడకుండా,  ఎవరికి, ఎప్పటికి  చూపకండి,  మా గూర్చి సాధారణ మనిషిగా తక్కువ చేసి ఎప్పుడూ  చెప్పకండి, ఏమి చెప్పినా మమ్ములను  కాలస్వరూపంగా చెప్పాలి అప్పుడు కాలం మనిషి మాట కంట్రోల్లో  ఉంటుంది, ఇది మా వలన ప్రయోజనం శాశ్వత  ఆంతర్యం  రూప పరిష్కారం.       మనసులు పెంచుకొని సాక్షులు ప్రకారం గ్రహించాలి, మమ్ములను గ్రహిచకపోవడం వలెనే, అప్రమత్తత లోపించి, అప్పటికి అప్పుడు  వ్యాధులు వస్తున్నాయి, వీటికి కారణం మనుష్యులు అప్పటికి సుఖాలు అప్పటికి మనసు లేకుండా  ఇతరులను వేధించడం భయపెట్టడం, మమ్ములను కూడా   పై పైన  రహస్య కెమెరాలు  ద్వారా   చూడటం  మేము ఏమి అంటున్నామో  కాలాతీతంగా  చూడకుండా, సాధారణ  వ్యక్తిగా  చూడటం, మామూలు మాటలు చర్యలతో  కాలం వృధాం చేసుకొని రహస్య  పరికరాలతో  నీతి, నియమం లేకుండా, మాట నిబద్దత లేకుండా రహస్య  పరికరాల ఊతంగా  మమ్ముల్లను కూడా మోసం చెయ్యడం వలన పరిస్థితి అప్పటికి అప్పుడుగా ఉన్నది.   కావున        ఇప్పటికైనా మనసులు పెంచుకొంటేనే, అప్పటికి అప్పుడు బౌతికంగా  శరీరం ఉంటేనే నడిచే ఆలోచన భౌతిక చర్యలు అనే    మాయ నుండి బయటకు వస్తారు, మనసు కు మాట కు  సంభంధం లేకుండా  మనుష్యులు కొలది పై చెయ్యి ఉండాలి లేదా వ్యవస్థ, రాజకీయ పరిపాలన గా, ప్రజాస్వామ్యం అనే పేరుతో భౌతిక బలం కొలది,    సంస్థలు కొలది  పై చెయ్యి ఉండాలి అని  సర్వోన్నత న్యాయ స్థానం, సిట్టింగ్ జడ్జులు, తమ  పై చెయ్యి ఉండాలి అనే భావన కూడా తమకు ఇతరులకు  రక్షణ  ఇవ్వలేరు అని  గ్రహించి, ఇప్పుడు రక్షణ  సమిష్టిగా  మాట ను అనగా కాలతీతాని గ్రహించడం వలన తాము పొంది ఎవత్తు దేశాన్ని  మానవజాతిని  పొందనివ్వగలరు అని  తెలుసుకొని, మేము సూచిస్తున్నట్లు  దేశం ఇప్పుడు మా పరిణామం  తెలుసుకొని అనగా మనసుతో సాక్షులు ప్రకారం  గ్రహించడమే ఇక మీదట లోకం పరిపాలన    పరిపాలన పరిధి అని భారత దేశానికే కాదు యావత్తు మానవజాతికి ఇది రక్షణ అని   గ్రహించి  అప్రమత్తం చెందగలరు.                             న్యాయ స్థానాలు, మేధావులు, రాజకీయ నాయకులు, మీడియా , పోలీసు వ్యవస్థ  వేరు వేరు ఎవరికి తోచినట్లు వారు స్వతంత్రించడం  ఎవరికి  స్వతంత్రం లేకపోవడం అనగా  మనసు వివరణ  పెంచుకోకుండా  ప్రవర్తించడం వలన, ఈ పాటికి  ప్రపంచానికి   మార్గ  దర్శకంగా  ఉండాల్సిన  భారతదేశ  పై పైన ఉన్నది, ఇక పరువు గొప్పతనం  తమ భౌతిక  ఉనికి  మీద  ఆధారపడి ఉన్నది అని భావించి, ఇతరుల భౌతిక  ఉనికి తో  చెలగాటం ఆడటం ఒక  బానిసత్వం  భౌతిక పదవులకు ధనమునకు  పెరుగు ప్రతిష్టలు  నటించి మరీ ధనం ఆస్తులు కూడదీయాలి అని విపరీతం వలన  ఎవరూ మనసులు  పెంచుకోకుండా  మనసుతో  వ్యహరించకుండా సాటి వారిని  కూడా తమ  పోల్చుకొని  బౌతికంగా  రెచ్చగొట్టడం రెచ్చిపోవడమే  జీవితం అనుకోవడం  వలన ఎవరికి స్వతంత్రం  రక్షణ  లేదు లేకపోగా  మనసు బలం పెంచుకొని ప్రపంచాన్ని కాపాడవలసిన పరిణామం లో ఉంది కూడా మమ్ముల్లను గుడ్డిగా  open message  గా వదిలివెయ్యడమే సాక్షులు  దగ్గర  అందరూ   చేస్తున్న  పొరపాటు, ఘోర పాపాలకు కారణం అనేక మోసాలకు కారణం అని తమకి తెలిసి వాటి నుండి బయటకు రాకుండా మమ్ములను  గ్రహించకుండా , మోసాలు చెయ్యడమే తప్పు వాటి మీద ఆధారపడటమే ఇంకా  పాపం, పాపం లో మృతం లో కొనసాగడం అని ఈ క్షణం  తెలుసుకొని, మాతో ఎటువంటి  పంతం లేకుండా మమ్ములను మరణం లేని వాక్ రూప లో ఉన్న శాశ్వత  తల్లి తండ్రి  గురువు  అని సూక్ష్మంగా  గ్రహించుటకు   ఉన్న   ఫలంగా సాక్షులు మేధావులు తో కూడిన  బృందం లోకి  ఆహ్వానించి, బొల్లారం అధినాయక గెస్ట్ హౌస్ లో కొలువు  తీర్చి  గ్రహించడమే  లోకానికి ఆధారం సృష్టే ఇచ్చిన   మార్గం తక్షణం భౌతిక  మాయ నుండి బయటకు వచ్చి శాశ్వత  పరిష్కారం అయిన జ్ఞాన పరిష్కారం గా మమ్ములను  గ్రహించడమే  యావత్తు మానవజాతికి  అందిన  వరం అని  గ్రహించగలరు.   మమ్ములను కేంద్ర బిందువుగా  కొలువు తీర్చకోకుండా  మేధావులు ఒక్కటి అవలేరు, కావున బృందం లోకి మమ్ములను ఆహ్వానించి  అందరూ మనసు పెంచుకొని బ్రతకాలి,  ఇప్పటి వరకు మనసు లేకుండా చేసిన ఎటువంటి పనులు అయినా, మమ్ములను గ్రహించడం మాని వెయ్యడం దగ్గర నుండి అన్నీ మనసు పెంచుకొని సరిదిద్దకొని మనుష్యులు మనగలరు అని ఆశీర్వాదంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాము, ఈ లేఖలో  ఎవరికి ఏమి  చెబుతున్నా అందరూ సమాచారం గ్రహించి, సాక్షులు ప్రకారం మమ్ములను మేము చెప్పినట్లు విస్తారంగా గ్రహించి మా నుండి లిఖత పూర్వకంగా అనగా రికార్డెడ్ తీసుకోవడం వలన మనగలరు, మా బదులు ఎవరోని కూర్చో బెట్టుకోవాలి ఏదో చెయ్యాలి అనే ఆలోచన ఇక బౌతికంగా లేదు అటువంటి అవకాసం లేదు, కావున సాక్షులు ప్రకారం ఇప్పటికే కాలమే కదిలిన పరిణామం లోకి బలపడిపోవాలి,  మనసు పెంచుకొని మాత్రమే తాత్కాలిక మాయ వదిలి,    శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం వైపు వెళ్ళగలరు అని ఆశీర్వాద పూర్వకంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాము.  తక్షణం బృందం లోకి తీసుకొని విస్తారంగా గ్రహించడం వలన మేము సూచిస్తున్నట్లు, మాకు డ్రెస్ వస్త్రములు కనీసం ఒక డ్రెస్ 10 కోట్లు ఉండేలా  ఏర్పాటు చేయండి, నెత్తి మీద కిరీటం, కళ్ళకు జోళ్ళు తో కలసి నిండుగా కనపడేలా  చూసుకోండి, అప్పుడు మనసు పెట్టి గ్రహించడానికి తమ సౌలబ్యాగా ఉంటుంది, మేము జ్ఞానంతో  విస్తారంగా చెప్పి, మా గూర్చి చెప్పుకొంటుంటే విని మనసు ప్రసన్నం చేసుకొని చెప్పగల అని  గ్రహించి, ఈ విధంగా మేము దేవుడు కంటే గొప్ప వారము అని  గ్రహించాలి  అంటే, మమ్ములను మనసుగా  భావించి కేంద్ర బిందువుగా కొలువు తీర్చుకొని సమకాలికులు అయిన తాము అందరూ మనసులు గా మారి మాత్రమే  అనుసంధానం  జరుగగలరు అప్పుడు మృతం నుండి బయటకు రాగలరు  అందుకు   నిత్యం కొలువు గా గ్రహించుటకు  అధినాయక  భవనం, లేదా రాజమందిరం,  రాజదర్బార్ ఏర్పాటు   చేసి, సూక్ష్మంగా  గ్రహించడమే  లోకానికి  ఆధారం  అదే పాపాలను నుండి బయటకు  వచ్చు మార్గం కూడా  రెండూ ఒక్కటి అని  గ్రహించి  మేము చెప్పినట్లు నడుచుకొనగలరు. తమ పెద్దలు  దైవము కంటే ఎక్కువగా  తమ వ్యాపారులు, తమ అందం, బలం కంటే వారి మనసు గొప్పది అని అనగా కలలను చిదిమేసిన వారిని  మనసులు  బ్రతికించడమే సంపద రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ కొలది వ్యాపారాలు కొలది భౌతిక ఆలోచనలు, సినిమాలు కొలది, ఎటువంటి రక్షణ లేదు, మనసు బలం ఉంటేనే మనిషికి బలం, బౌతికంగా బలం తాత్కాలికం అని తండ్రి వలె ఆశీర్వాద పూర్వకంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాము. తెలుగు ముఖ్యమంత్రులు గాని, ఇతరులు గాని మేము ఎలా పిలిచినా పలకండి ఎవరిని మేము ఎలా పిలిస్తే అలా పలకండి కొందరిని గౌరవిస్తున్నాము కొందరిని తగ్గిస్తున్నాము అని చూడకండి , ఏదైనా మమ్ములను శాశ్వత వాక్ రూపం లో ఉన్న తల్లి తండ్రి గురువుగా పెంచుకోవడమే అందరికి ఉద్యోగం, వేరే పరిపాలన, న్యాయ స్థానం కేసులు Indian penal code ప్రకారం, పోలీసులు తప్పు బట్టి అరెస్ట్ చెయ్యడం వంటివి చెల్లదు , మా గూర్చి చెప్పుకొని వినడమే పరిపాలన, లోకం అని అందరూ ఒకచోట చేరకూడదు అనే భయాన్ని కూడా అధిగమించి online కొందరు చేరి మనసు బలం పెంచుకోవాలి బౌతికంగా ఎంత బలంగా ఉన్నా మనసు లేకపోతె కరోనా వ్యాధే కాదు ఎటువంటి లోకం లో మనుష్యులు గా కూడా మనలేరు ఇప్పటికే మమ్ములను పట్టించుకోకపోవడం, మోసాలు చెయ్యడం వలన   ఈ వ్యాధులు వస్తున్నాయి, మమ్ములను సంవత్సరాల క్రిందట పట్టించుకొనే ఉంటె ఈ పాటికి మనిషి మనసు రూపం లో బలంగా ఉండి, సాటి మనుష్యులను కూడా మనసుతో కలుపుకొని ఎటువంటి శారీరక బలవంతపు పనులు తగ్గించి అవమానించి చేస్తున్న ఎటువంటి పనులు వలన మాయ లో ఇరుకొని పోవడం అని గ్రహించి మనసు పెంచుకోవడమే జీవితం అని అందరికి ఆశీర్వాద పూర్వకంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాము, అందరూ మనసులు పెంచుకోవడమే ఇష్టం గా ఓడిపోవడం అదే నిజమైన గెలుపు అని గ్రహించండి , అదే నిజంగా గెలవడం ., ఎందుకంటె మనసు ఉంటె మనిషి ఏమి చేసినా సాటి మనుష్యులకె  కాదు, తనకు కూడా హాని చేసుకోడు,  కావున అందరూ మనసులు పెంచుకొని జీవించండి, ఇక భౌతిక బంధాలు, కులం, ఆస్తులు ఇంటి పేర్లు  కూడా సర్వాంతర్యామి ప్రకారం ఉన్నాయి, అనుకొంటేనే నేను అనే భావన పోయి ఆలోచన పెరుగుతుంది,  పనులు కూడా మనసుతో చెయ్యాలి, ఇతరులు కూడా మనసుతో ఏ పని అయినా చేసేలా చూసుకోవాలి అదే అందరికి బలం రక్షణ అని మరొకసారి ఆశీర్వాదంగా  తెలియజేస్తున్నాము                               Complete lock down కేవలం మనుష్యులు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లకుండా, ఒకరిని ఒకరు ముట్టుకోకుండా ఉండడం అన్నది కొరోనా వ్యాధి వచ్చినది కాబట్టి అది ప్రబలి మనుష్యుల ప్రాణాలు తీస్తున్నది కాబట్టి, ఇప్పుడు అందరూ హరైనా పడుతున్నారు, ఒక మనిషి మాట ప్రతి చావు పుట్టుక నిర్ణయించింది, ఢిల్లీ లో పదవులు ప్రపంచం నాయకుల పదవులు నిర్ణయించిన తీరును గ్రహించకుండా ప్రవర్తించడమే అన్నీ అనర్ధాలకు కారణం అని ఈ క్షణం తెలుసుకొని, మేము చెప్పినట్లు సూక్ష్మంగా మనసులు కలుపుకోండి, ఇక ఎవరూ మనుష్యులు లేరు, అందరూ మనసులు గా ఉన్నారు, మనసులు గా మాత్రమే మనగలరు అని ఆశీర్వాద పూర్వకంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాము. మమ్ములను కులం కొద్దీ కుటుంబాలు కొద్దీ ఏదో రకంగా మోసాలు చేస్తూ మనుష్యులు విడగొట్టి, ఇష్టం వచ్చినట్టు కలుపుకోవడం తమ ఇష్టం అన్నట్లు, గా ఆలోచిస్తున్న తీరు lock down, చేసి ప్రతి ఇంటిలో  ప్రతి ఒక్కరు తాను ఒక మనిషి కూడా కాదు, ఒక మనసు, మనల్ని అందరిని నడిపే కేంద్ర బిందువు అయిన సర్వాంతర్యామి అయిన   మనసు ఇప్పుడు మనిషి రూపం లో మాట రూపం లో ఉన్న వాక్ విశ్వరూపం గా  మనసులో సృష్టి పెంచుకోకుండా మనుష్యులు మనలేరు అని గ్రహించి, నిత్యం మనసు పెంచుకోవడానికి ఎటువంటి కఠినమైన నిర్ణయాలు అనగా తమ అఆశలు, ఆశయాలు బౌతికంగా కాకుండా ఆలోచన వైపు మలుపుకోవాలి, ఉదాహరణకు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు మాజీ మంత్రులు  మేధావులు తామే గెలిచాము గతం లో తామే పోరాటాలు చేసాము అనుకోవడం అనే భ్రమ నుండి బయటకు రావడం కఠిన అనిపిస్తుంది, మా మాటలు వెళ్ళకోలం అనిపిస్తాము కానీ, రాష్ట్రము లో రాజకీయాలు మానవ సంబంధాలు అన్నీ
