DG of police of both Telugu states are advised or ordered from Universal Jurisdiction Government of Human to initiate merge tentatively while  advise both Chief ministers and Sitting Judges of Hughcourts to merge in to Government of Human while supporting Governers to form special committee as per the letters and emails sent as on. All individual has to declare that they are in Government of human to come out of material world, which is boon to whole human race.
